This case involves the proceeds of a policy of fire insurance for $2,000 issued by Fireman's Insurance Company to appellants Clifton and Kathryn D. Whitley on October 31, 1964. It covered a two-story dwelling house. On March 5, 1966, the Whitleys conveyed the property on which the house was located to appellees Harold Stanley and Iona Jane Irwin.
