This is a personal injury suit instituted by David Guerra, one of the appellees here, originally against Coastal States Gas Producing Company, for damages resulting from injuries received by him on October 1, 1968 in Hidalgo County, Texas, when a bulldozer struck and ruptured an underground gas transmission line near the place where Guerra was working.
