Appellee Earl Pike obtained judgment for personal injuries and property damage against International Harvester Company and its Malvern distributor, Burks Motors, Inc., as a result of a mechanical failure of appellee's International transport truck, which failure substantially wrecked the transport and caused serious injuries to appellee.
