These two cases which were consolidated for trial are suits on contracts of insurance to recover for total disability resulting from accidental injury. There were three trials which resulted in mistrials because the members of the jury could not agree on a verdict. On the fourth trial the jury brought in a verdict for the defendants and it is from the judgment thereon...
