Appellant, Danny Richard Nelson, seeks reversal of his conviction for violating 18 U.S.C. § 2312 (interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle).

Nelson purchased the vehicle in question in Sacramento with a forged check. He drove it to Nevada where he was stopped by a Nevada patrolman. Nelson produced the title to the car, but he had no driver's license. He accompanied the patrolman to the police station where the officer learned of...
