This appeal arises from a two-car collision occurring in Denver. Both cars were proceeding south on Broadway, a one-way street with four driving lanes and two parking lanes. Okon was the driver of one vehicle and Smith was driving the other in the course of his employment with National Advertising Company. The record indicates that Okon's vehicle collided with that of Smith while the latter was attempting...
