The question here is whether an employee supplied to his employer the names of payees within the meaning of Section 3-405(1) (c) of the Uniform Commercial Code, Tit. 12A Pa.Stat.Ann. § 3-405(1) (c), intending the payees to have no interest in the proceeds of the checks.
