The plaintiff, Shatterproof Glass Corporation, appellant herein, instituted suit against defendants, James, Guinn and Head, a Certified Public Accounting partnership, and its individual partners, the appellees herein, alleging that such accounting firm had prepared Certified Audit Reports for four corporations and that Shatterproof had relied upon such audit reports in lending money and extending credit to such corporations.
