In this patent case, plaintiffs and defendant both appeal from a judgment entered on December 3, 1969 in the Southern District of New York after two nonjury trials before Judge Mansfield. Plaintiff Ansul sued for a declaratory judgment of invalidity, noninfringement, and unenforceability of defendant Uniroyal's United States Patent No. 2,614,916 (the "916 patent").
