This is an action for damages arising out of a collision between an automobile driven by Roy Stanfield and a pickup truck driven by Mark Butler. Both drivers were fatally injured, and this action is between their heirs and legal representatives. The Stanfields brought this suit, and the Butlers filed a cross-action.
