On appeal he contends that the trial court erred in (1) accepting a jury verdict of guilty that was not unanimous; (2) denying his motion in arrest of judgment wherein he asserted that the indictment did not state a crime with sufficient particularity to enable defendant to prepare his defense; (3) denying his motion for a mistrial based on testimony by a witness...
