The plaintiff, William Townsend, brings this action under the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). He filed an application for disability benefits on March 5, 1969, alleging that he became unable to work on February 13, 1969, because of "heart condition — growth in heart". (Exhibit 1, Tr — 48-51).
