The defendant Commissioner by order directed the plaintiff utility to account for the sum of $30,000 paid to it and other named payees by Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company, or, in the alternative, to ask for a hearing in connection therewith. Plaintiff so requested. Following the hearing the Public Utility Commissioner entered an order requiring the plaintiff to account for the $30,000.
