OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the sale of herein. Two prior convictions were alleged for enhancement. The punishment was assessed by the jury at life under Article 63, V.A.P.C.

The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged.

The sole ground of error is that the court erred in overruling his motion for mistrial when an officer gave an unresponsive answer to the effect that he had information that appellant...
