Summary Judgment was rendered in favor of the payee of a promissory note, and this appeal results therefrom. Affirmed.

On January 26, 1970, appellant and his son-in-law, James F. Smith, Jr., signed, in the lower right corner on the lines for the signatures of makers, a promissory note in the principal sum of $125,000.00 payable to the order of appellee on or before ninety days after date.
