This case was instituted by the filing of six separate actions, one by Delta Enterprises, Inc., (Delta), and five by appellee, Brunswick Corporation (Brunswick), against the five insurance companies designated as appellants herein. Appellee Brunswick later filed amended complaints adding appellee, Holiday Recreation Center, Inc., (Holiday), as a defendant.
