Patricia Lorene Custer, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the Municipal Court of Oklahoma City for the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor; her punishment was set at thirty (30) days imprisonment and to pay a fine of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and from said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected...
