This is an action for infringement, 35 U.S.C. § 271 (a), of claims 1, 2 and 3 of the United States Letters Patent No. 2,765,202. This patent was issued on October 2, 1956, pursuant to an application by Victor L. Barr, and others, filed January 25, 1950 (hereinafter referred to as the Barr or '202 patent).
