Defendant, Eugene Henry Brunelle, is a resident of Brownington, Orleans County, in the State of Vermont. He was born May 19, 1943. Upon reaching his eighteenth year, defendant, as required by law, registered with Local Board #10 of the Selective Service System, Orleans County, Newport, Vermont.
