Defendant was convicted in Coos County of obtaining money by false pretenses and placed on probation for a period of five years subject to the provision that he serve a six-month period in the county jail. He served the six-month sentence, was released, and, thereafter, during the probationary period was convicted of another crime in Lane County for which he was sentenced to five years in the Oregon State...
