Plaintiffs, a newspaper publisher and its reporter, appellants herein, complain of private meetings of the defendants, commissioners of the city of Dayton, appellees herein, to which meetings plaintiffs were denied admittance. The prayer of the petition is for a declaratory judgment, and a permanent injunction enjoining defendants from denying plaintiffs access to any meetings of the city commissioners...
