Mr. Justice GRAY delivered the opinion of the court.

The defendant, Margaret Martin Hildebrand, was tried on an amended information dated February 21, 1969, containing eighteen counts and charging the defendant in each count with obtaining money under false pretenses. With the exception of one count, number 8, on which the jury found defendant not guilty, the defendant was convicted on all of the remaining counts. Thereafter a judgment and sentence
