This is an action by a seaman for personal injuries allegedly sustained by reason of the unseaworthiness of defendant's tug. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment based upon a jury verdict for defendant.

Plaintiff first contends that the trial court erred in not dismissing one of the jurors on plaintiff's challenge of that juror for implied bias. It appears from the record that no such challenge was made...
