Prior to her demise Mrs. Janet Hesson, mother of appellant Barbara Williams, entered into a conditional sales contract with appellee Poole Trailer Sales, Inc. of West Memphis, Arkansas, for the purchase of a mobile home. The contract was assigned to appellee Westinghouse Credit Corporation. Mrs. Hesson paid each monthly installment until her death in April 1967.
