On July 19, 1971, plaintiff herein filed in this Court a "Complaint for Injunctive Relief Under Civil Rights Act of April 20, 1871 (42 USCA 1983 and 28 USCA 1343, Sec. 3)" praying us to issue both a temporary and final injunction against the defendant, a judge of the Superior Court of Puerto Rico, prohibiting him to try the petitioner in Criminal Case No. G70-2599 on July 20, 1971, or on any other date...
