The principal question posed for our determination by the present appeal is whether there was ample evidence to warrant submitting to the jury the question of whether defendants conspired to cause plaintiff's death in order to collect the $100,000.00 proceeds of a $50,000.00 double indemnity insurance policy on her life and injured her in attempting to carry out the plan.
