After a trial before a jury in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Leo F. Rayfiel, J., James Foye appeals from a conviction of the crime of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a), (d) and 2, for which he received a sentence of 15 years.
