DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for robbery by assault. The punishment was assessed by the jury at fifteen years.

This is a companion case to Peoples v. State, Tex.Cr.App., 459 S.W.2d 868.

The record reflects that the appellant and Donnell Peoples robbed Wilmer Leon Conner, a manager of a service station in Irving. After taking some $190.00, they forced him into the restroom...
