Hudson Chevrolet Company, Inc., seeks reversal of a $7,500 judgment in favor of Donald Sparrow. It contends that this judgment was erroneous for want of a jury question on liability, because of erroneous admission of photographs into evidence, and because the amount of the jury verdict was excessive.
