Plaintiff, a Texas resident, was seriously injured in an automobile collision in Arkansas when his car was struck from the rear by a cattle truck driven by one of the defendants, Robert J. Irvin. At the time of the accident, Irvin was acting as the agent of defendant C. R. Thomas, d/b/a S & R Cattle Company, all of whom are residents of the State of Alabama. Defendants have moved to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction...
