ORTH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

We affirm the judgment of the Baltimore City Court in favor of Peters & Taylor, Inc., employer, and State Accident Fund, insurer, appellees, for costs. We find that there was legally sufficient evidence to support the court's determination that the injury suffered by Richard C. Zentz, employee-appellant, resulted solely from his intoxication while on duty. We hold, therefore, that the lower court's disallowance of...
