The indictment returned by the Grand Jury in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, on April 1, 1970, charges that the plaintiff herein, Frank Stewart, and one Alphonse James Snedecor did, on or about March 15, 1970, "willfully and unlawfully conspire together...
