OPINION

ROBERTS, Cheif Justice.

This is a civil action brought to recover money in the amount of $4,872.75 alleged to be owed on book account, for goods sold and delivered, and general account. The matter was heard by a justice of the Superior Court sitting without a jury, and judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $4,811.11 with interest. From that judgment the defendant is prosecuting an appeal in this court.
