POWERS, Justice.

This is an indictment which charges a violation of G.L. 1956, § 11-19-18.1 The case was tried to a Superior Court justice and a jury which returned a verdict of guilty as charged. It is before us on the defendant's bill of exceptions, which includes, inter alia, an exception to the denial of his motion to quash.
