This appeal is from a conviction for the offense of cattle theft. Punishment was assessed by the court at 2 years.

The sufficiency of the evidence is challenged.

Jim Campbell testified that from September 1967 until March 1968 he had some cattle on Julius Meaker's place in Carson County. These cattle were all marked and branded. The ear mark on the cattle was "a swallow fork and underbit in the left ear." The brand was...
