This is a suit on a fire insurance policy to recover for the loss of a house that was totally destroyed by fire.

Nicholas Hoch and wife, Josephine C. Hoch, plaintiffs below and appellees herein, sued The Hanover Insurance Company, defendant below and appellant herein, to recover the full amount of a fire insurance policy on a house in which plaintiffs-appellees claimed an insurable interest.
