McFADDEN, Justice.

Robert Lee Tisdel and Greenberry Tackett, the defendants, were charged by information of the crime of first degree burglary, alleged to have been committed September 14, 1969, in Pocatello, Idaho. They were tried before a jury, found guilty, and each sentenced to serve a term of not to exceed fifteen years in the penitentiary. They appeal from that judgment of conviction. We affirm.
