The Commonwealth, Department of Highways, appeals from a judgment in a condemnation suit which awarded the appellee property owners $43,875 for property taken for highway purposes. The sole argument is that the evidence lacked sufficient probative value to support the award.

The project for which the property was taken was the widening and reconstruction of U.S. Highway No. 227 in the City of Carrollton, changing it from a two-lane highway...
