PER CURIAM:

In March of 1970 the appellant pleaded guilty to threatening the life of the President in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 871. The briefs filed in this court in an effort to have the plea set aside raised only the issues of the voluntariness of the plea and the District Court's compliance with Rule 11, Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
