In September 1969, plaintiffs filed a two-count complaint against four corporations, two of which were successors to the other defendants. Both counts complained of a June 18, 1964, covenant not to compete requiring plaintiff Louis Weber not to be involved "in any manner with any business anywhere in the United States" similar to the business of the first three named defendants.
