OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This civil action for negligence was tried to a Superior Court justice and a jury which returned a verdict for the defendant. It is before us on the plaintiff's appeal from the judgment accordingly entered and from the trial justice's denial of the plaintiff's motion for a new trial.

This action arose out of a motor vehicle collision between three cars, plaintiff's, defendant's, and a third car. The question of negligence, however...
