HOOD, Judge.

Ronald C. Leger instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by him as the result of a motor vehicle collision. The defendants are Euilie Schexnider, Vermilion Parish Police Jury, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, and Delta Exploration Company. Delta, in its answer, prayed that in the event of recovery by plaintiff, the award be apportioned to allow Delta to recover the amounts which it paid to plaintiff as workmen's compensation benefits...
