ROBB, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, affirming an order entered in 1965 in the Domestic Relations Branch of the District of Columbia Court of General Sessions. We affirm the judgment.

The parties are husband and wife. In 1965 the wife, appellee here, filed a petition for support in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court of Richmond, Virginia. In her petition she alleged that she and her husband...
