Suit was filed in the Chancery Court of Noxubee County, Mississippi, by H.W. King and Robert W. Kiser, executor of the estate of L.S. Kiser, deceased, against Hood Industries, Inc., (Hood) to recover royalties on clay used in the manufacture of brick. From a decree in favor of the complainants, this appeal was taken. We affirm.
