This litigation arises out of a vehicular accident which occurred on September 18, 1965 about 2.6 miles east of the town of Cecilia, Louisiana, on Louisiana Highway 347. Plaintiff Corinne Stelly was a guest passenger in an automobile owned and driven by her son, defendant Felix Stelly, Jr., and insured by defendant New York Fire & Marine Underwriters, Inc.
