This is an appeal by Defendant Durham from a jury verdict and judgment finding him guilty of the armed robbery of Cliffie Robertson at Venice, Illinois, on February 20, 1969. The defendant was jointly indicted with three other persons. One of these, Ernie Mentola, was tried with Durham and also convicted. Mentola's conviction was appealed to the Illinois Supreme Court...
