MUNDER, J.

On December 7, 1954, the defendant pleaded guilty to the felony of attempted robbery in the second degree (unarmed) and on February 8, 1955 was sentenced to a term of from 3 years and 9 months to 7 years and 6 months. He took no appeal and served his sentence.

In 1967 he pleaded guilty to a narcotics charge as a felony and was sentenced as a second felony offender to a term of from 5 to 7 years...
