These consolidated cases arose out of the same automobile accident between a 1960 Renault and a 1967 Chevrolet. Ben Threeton and Donald Bordelon, the minor sons of plaintiffs, received injuries when the Renault in which they were traveling was struck from the rear by the Chevrolet.
