This is a tort action wherein the plaintiff, Lee Paul Manuel, Sr., sought recovery for damages and personal injuries against the defendants, Jennings Lumber Company, Inc., its employee, Carl Cole, and the Jennings Lumber's public liability insurer, Travelers Insurance Company.
