WALTER, Justice.

Mrs. Lucella Brown, a widow, filed suit against W. P. Herring individually and as executor of the estate of his deceased wife, Jimmie Herring, for damages growing out of an automobile collision. The jury found Mrs. Brown guilty of contributory negligence and judgment was rendered that she take nothing. She has appealed and presents 18 points of error. She contends there is no evidence to support the answers to eight of the issues and that such answers...
